From the Administrator's Desk....

With great pride and gratitude, I take this opportunity to share a few words as the Administrator of Franklin College of Education.

Franklin College is not merely an institution for imparting education; it is a vision that we have nurtured with dedication, commitment, and faith. Under the guidance of our respected Chairman, Mr. Gh. Hassan Dar, and with the sincere efforts of our Principal, faculty, staff, and students, the institution has steadily progressed towards achieving excellence in teacher education.

I am particularly pleased to present this website, which has been designed and developed by me, Muneer Ahmad Dar, as an effort to strengthen our institution's digital presence and provide students, faculty, parents, and the wider community with easy access to important information about the college, its academic activities, achievements, notices, and initiatives.

This website is not simply a digital platform; it is a reflection of our journey, our values, and our commitment to transparency and academic excellence. I hope it will serve as a useful bridge between the institution and all those associated with it.

I sincerely appreciate the valuable contribution of our Principal, teaching and non-teaching staff, and students whose collective efforts continue to strengthen Franklin College of Education. With the blessings of Almighty Allah, and the continued guidance of the University of Kashmir, I am confident that our institution will continue to grow and achieve greater milestones.
